The Time is Short
I was reading Revelation 12: 7-12 (NIV, Zondervan): “Then war broke out in heaven. Michael and his angels fought against the dragon, and the dragon and his angels fought back. But he was not strong enough, and they lost their place in heaven. The great dragon was hurled down-that ancient serpent called the devil, or…

What Prayer is, and what have we made it
January 15th, 2025: Two days ago, Holy Spirit began speaking into my heart about prayer. Usually I stop everything to take notes, but I was “too busy”. Yesterday I found I couldn’t remember what Holy Spirit had said. I knew it was about prayer, but I couldn’t remember the specifics. I repented for not taking…

I Can See Clearly, Now.
I loved this song (a secular song with a calypso beat which was popular and was on the Pop Chart for a time). From the first time I heard it, I immediately thought of the Lord. As the years have passed this song has gained more significance as I grow in the Lord. Recently I…

3 Scenarios, Same Message.
12/13/2024 My alarm went off at 7:30 this morning. I turned it off and crawled back in bed because Holy Spirit was talking to me and I needed to listen. 1.Recently I saw an image (picture) of Jesus’ face extending a hand to Peter who had succumbed to the wind and the waves. I have…

In Your Presence, Lord.
This past week the Lord has reminded me of a song that has had a profound effect on my life. I have mentioned this song before as a true worship song. In a time when so many Christian songs are Biblically incorrect, have no anointing (no power); spend more time being introspective than drawing people…

I WANT TO START OUT WITH A DISCLAIMER: I AM NOT AGAINST OFFICES OF AUTHORITY. I AM AGAINST THE ABUSE OF OFFICES OF AUTHORITY. I AM AGAINST PEOPLE WALKING IN OFFICES OF AUTHORITY THEY WERE NEVER CALLED TO BY GOD. I AM AGAINST HYPOCRISY AND FALSEHOOD IN OFFICES OF AUTHORITY. I AM AGAINST LACK OF…

In These “Last Days”… what our responsibility should be.
I will be sharing some scriptures from NIV- Zondervan. My husband, Lee, spoke on this topic last Wednesday at Bible Study: Acts 1:6-11: “Then they gathered around Him and asked Him, “Lord, are you at this time going to restore the kingdom to Israel?” He said to them: It is not for you to know…

The Entrance of Sin
Eve was deceived, but Adam was not. James 1:13-15 (NIV Zondervan): “When tempted, no one should say, “God is tempting me.” For God cannot be tempted by evil, nor does He tempt anyone; but each person is tempted when they are dragged away by their own evil desire and enticed. Then after desire has conceived,…

To Whom Do You Bow Your Knee?
In light of the Opening Olympic Ceremony and the out and out mockery and disrespect of our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ and Christianity, I am asking us to keep our eyes on Jesus. Do not be overcome by the evil that was presented (Romans 12:17-21). I am not saying that Olympic competition is evil.…

Random Thoughts While on the Road
I have had a lot of time to think while driving back and forth from Ellijay and Albany, GA. My father is quite ill and I go down to help my stepmother every other week and stay from Monday through Saturday. The following are some of these thoughts: PASSION versus COMPASSION: Holy Spirit showed me…
